What a great advert for the Tassie wilderness. I’m so glad our predecessors saved this beautiful space. Great video

A beautiful serene part of the world... thanks for taking us along! Just finished reading "The ship that never was" about convicts in Tasmania, so it was great timing... to see the harbour, Sarah Island and the river helped get a sense of the life they led and the harbour they escaped from.

Thank you both for taking us with you. Some of those shots of the Gordon in the morning were other-worldly. Great videography!

You are Sooooo lucky to have such beautiful areas in which to enjoy your sailing/exploring adventures, in relatively calm waters. Fab video. Thanks for sharing. Capt John

That weather forecast sounded like it came from the 1940's😂

That’s a great video Matt thanks for posting that I hope to join you on the water sometime, so I couldn’t get down to Lake Pedder still in Project mode with Sarah and then out for three or four sales, and now I’m troubleshooting stuff like a licking stern gland which tested me to my limits today

Awesome area, I have only paddled the Gordon below Franklin in a sea kayak. Love to do it again in a sailing dingy or trailer sailer.

Great video! Is there any mobile or VHF coverage in the area please? I see you were using a shortwave radio to receive your weather. I bet there were some aching arms after the Franklin paddle Mat (and maybe legs, Jo!)

Thanks mate. No VHF and certainly no mobile coverage. SW is your only option.

Google 'Trevor Norton' in Strahan...you will come across his details.
