I love that overdyed shawl! Cables was the first 5hing I ever did before I knew it was a potentially scary thing to dive into, so I never had the nervousness when it came to diving in. I love the colors of that hand spun it will be stunning in the night shift cowl. Can I just say I absolutely love to see someone else who likes to do all the things with yarn. Sometimes I feel a little nuts for trying to achieve it all but I love it so much. My grandmother got me into yarn. I asked her to make a hat for me and she did, I then asked to her could she make another but, gave critiques on how it could be a little better. To which she in turn handed me yarn and needles and taught me how to cast on. Which started me on my torrid love affair with all things yarn.

Lol so my husband was like how many other people out there do all the things you do with yarn... I was like not sure. I feel like how can there be anything else and then last year I got into flat bed knitting machines. I will tell him about you lol :) so excited for your sock machine!
