Kenyan or African immigrants NEVER live in dangerous zones ... and 80% I swear don't even go to clubbing or enjoy the ghetto world of the city, State or area-code ... because of too much work schedule and ONLY house parties

Safety wise, you can't compare Kenya and states, it's like day and night.. have lived in both countries, have lived in very many states in the US including south side Chicago, 98% of the gun violence happens in the projects, I grew up in nairobi... That city is very dangerous,

One angle can never describe a society. America is like a continent and depends on where you live. NY alone has the wealthiest neighbourhood (like manhattan) and this can’t be unsafe by any stretch. Then there’s Harlem and Bronx which got some of the poorest ppl on earth and very unsafe.

Mwaf, the USA is the greatest country in the world, purely based on capitalism. It's not great at anything else, most of us fled due to greener opportunities. When it comes to safety, I disagree with you. Kenya is more dangerous because of poverty levels, the poor here get welfare from the government. We are the most primitive & violent country due to history, but the violence is mostly caused by guns. Lately, Americans don't want to work & minor crimes have sky rocketed. Safety is also dependent on financial class, the true middle class & affluent areas have less crime. I feel more safe in the USA than I did in Kenya, Rwanda & Botswana were my top safest countries ever. The problem in Kenya is we are a country of crooks, until corruption & tribalism is under control, utachapwa ngeta daytime. GREAT PODCAST!!! IKO NINI!!!

They already admitted that their understanding of the U.S. is based on listening to rap music. 😅😅😅😅
@georgelay54267 ай бұрын
But claiming that listening to old skl rap and using it as a yardstick to knowing America is no difference to non-Kenyans who watch Kenyan marathoners winning all-yr-round and bombarding us as to why we didn’t help our university campuses in athletics coz “all Kenyans run and are perfect at it. ‘Are you guys not Kenyans’.”

I’m surprised by both mwaf’s & zaq’s arrogance when it comes to analyzing the U.S. Zaq has never been to the U.S. & Mwaf I believe, has only been there once. So, I want critique their points one by one. ************ Zaq said that based on just listening to rap videos, if someone dropped him in New York City, he wouldn’t get lost. I’ve been going to NYC for years. My sister lives in Brooklyn. Despite this, I’d never be able get around NYC without a GPS. It’s too large & diverse. I don’t even know all parts of Brooklyn & I’ve been going there for years. Zaq just exposed his complete ignorance of that city. He honestly sounded ridiculous. ************ I heard Mwaf saying that African-Americans just want to become rappers or basketball players. Huh? Mwaf needs to go to cities like Atlanta, Washington DC & its suburbs in Maryland & northern Virginia. Go to Brooklyn & Harlem. There’s a huge professional, African-American middle class. Listening to gangster rap won’t give you a real view of the U.S. ************ On Crime: The FBi just released its annual crime stats & said in 2023, crime in the U.S. plummetted: “Crime in the US fell significantly in 2023, according to new FBI data, with a 13% decline in murder and drops in reported violent crime and reported property offenses” Every police department in the U.S. keeps crime stats that they submit to the FBI. Can Mwaf & Zaq please provide me with a website link to the crime stats that the Kenyan police keep??? Saying crime is lower in Kenya is just guess work because they don’t have the stats, the info or the numbers. They are operating in darkness. Also, picking out a few stories on cnn & extrapolating from that, that crime is worse in the US, tells me that Mwaf & Zaq don’t understand statistics. You must analyze stats based on population size. Kenya is the size of Texas. In terms of population, the crime rate in Kenya is much, much, worse because of the extreme poverty levels & lawlessness of the country.
