These guys are ratchet strap whispers! If I tried that it would be a gigantic mess. I admire the ability of these people to weld aluminum, I have tried and failed. So now, I leave it to people that can. As to the new crew candidate... I think he might be al right, unless there is an issue back home. It's great that he speaks four languages and is a problem solver.

I'm pretty Seaworthy Pemman, Roamed the north sea extensively fishing for Cod , have spent weeks at sea in Egypt (Red Sea), Thailand, fishing for Sailfish and Venezuela...Never been seasick in my life... I'll go alone and only in a crisis situation i would leave the challenge! 😉
