No I was joking. Right now I swim+ water on 3x a week, run 5x a week, weight train 3x a week, and do cals 7x a week. That has been working quite well for me. Right now my training is very IFT focused, once I’m elite at that I’m gonna try more A&S specific training. Your content is elite by the way

I'm Filipino and a martial artist, but never got to learn kali or escrima 🤷♂️ even though you might feel like MEU was a let down, for me it could've been a way for me to connect to my own heritage. 😔

Are MREs huge fat and sugar bombs? It could be important to be fat adapted and run better with BOTH sugar and fat? Ì disagree that carbs should be your primary source all the time. There should be plenty of low carb, healthy fat days.
