The bridge in the first shot looks like bridge of lions? The pups are such good babies waiting to dock. Nicely done Captain.

I worked on motor yacht bravo as a crew member more than 10 years ago… what a ship…
@From100to26 Жыл бұрын
She truly was a ship... you are totally right about that. One of the best built vessels I have ever been on or ran. We never worried about Bravo getting us there, we would give up long before we were ever testing her limits. Thanks again for the support and watching the channel!! We truly do appreciate it!

@@From100to26 I had good remembers on that ship, the performance the way that navigation feels on that more over every place that we visit everyone ask about that beauty, it was a black color and I used to clean up top to the bottom.

@@ramireznico She is a totally different vessel from what you remember, when we purchased her she was very rundown and we completed a total refit on her. She is one amazing vessel! Thank you so much for the support and following the channel! If you have not watched our first episode I would highly recommend it!

That’s crazy the oil has to be changed so often.

Yep! And thus the costs of owning a larger boat!

Where do you get rid of the used motor oil? Can you wash and reuse filters?
@From100to26 Жыл бұрын
Excellent question. Almost all marinas either have used oil dispensing stations or have a company that will come by to pick up all of the oil for recycling. Reference the filters, they are all single use filters! Thanks again for watching the channel, we truly do appreciate the support!
@barryholiday8998 Жыл бұрын
@@From100to26 wow, that means you’d need to stock a large amount of filters unless you plan to be near a supply store. If you were crossing the pacific and spending time in Asia that could prove problematic. Maintaining a vessel seems like a tremendous amount of work. Much easier to change the oil on my car as I bring it to a quick lube place every 7000 miles and no effort on my part lol.
@rogerb3155 Жыл бұрын
@@barryholiday8998 That is all correct. As I indicated on the videos, we have oil tanks on board but then have to be at a marina where a truck can back up to us to unload the oil. It is one of the issues with some of the modern day "expedition" vessels, is the lack of this type of storage. When we planned to run the pacific, I was going to have 180 gallons of oil on board with enough filters for 3 oil changes, plus the oil in the tanks to change the oil while underway. Unfortunately boats are not like cars... as they say "BOAT" stands for Break Out Another Thousand, however in Bravos case it was always Break Out Another Ten thousand 🤣
