This is 4th episode of our 8 day Kumaon region tour, we started our journey from Bhimtal then went to Mukteshwar, there after we visited Almora, Kasar Devi and then we reached Kausani.

When I saw your video for the first time on silkkim I think I just ignored it as one among the many rubbish ones on you tube. As I kept watching one after another of all videos of yours on every place of tourist interest, spiritual significance & rare natural scenic beauty I can't help admiring your all round interests. Besides, you always give to the best of your knowledge each valuable information about all those places you visit with particular stress on local foods. I use to wonder how could you have come to evince such a strong interest in constantly touring & visiting an assortment of places with so much diversity. Dear Harishji: Thank you for travelling on our behalf so that we can enjoy the place sitting at home. The drive through the tall trees is equivalent of being in any hill spots of Europe. The temple of Rudradhari is located at a lovely place and the dip under the water fall is a luxury, probably the nights may be a bit scary in such place. I went there in ferbruary 2018 for honeymoon. Stayed in Hotel Mountain Mystic and the view was beautiful. Stayed there 2 nights. Went to Rudhari falls. The best part was waking up to the beautiful trishul range. Your videos creates nostalgia for me.

Very good presentation. I visited kausani with my newly wed wife way back in 1976. We have travelled by my old Jawa M/cycle from Delhi. It was a great experience. Kausani had only 2 building. Gandhi ashram & U.P govt. Tourist bunglow. Room rent was Rs. 21 per night and food wad very good for Rs. 11 per head.

First time I went to Kausani in the year of 1987, june. We found Kausani as paradise. Actually we planned for one night stay but after reaching there we dicided our stay for 3 nights. That time beside Gnadhi Ashram there was only one hotel, it was Hotel Prashant, just a wooden cottage with three to four rooms. We stayed there. Today's Krishna Hotel was under construction. Food available at Prashant Hotel was only roti, rice, dal, potato and egg and no chicken. But we enjoyed our stay very much. We enjoyed Kausani very much. Our second visit to Kausani was in the year of 2012, October, tourist season and Kausani disappointed us. Lots of lots of hotels and crowded and noisy. Just stayed there for two nights at Krishna Hotel and then left for Choukori.

Nice adventure trip. Climate so good , and the rain helped to enjoy the waterfalls. Nature at it,s best.However city dwellers may find the experience with leopards and leech fearsome.
