This advice was very critical for me to avoid terribly responding to my client after delay in the project, thank you.

Send an apology email to my lecturer and guess what! He didn’t cap my grade at a D- he actually gave me an A-, he said he knew it was out my character and knows how hard I work and appreciated the apology. Thank you 😊

This is very useful information regarding deadlines, even for someone who isn't a graphic designer.

Very informative video, and the points you made were great. I also feel not only should you take on unrealistic deadlines but if you miss a deadlines always have the new delivery date (which you should not fail to meet) ready to communiocate to them and even try and beat it if possible so they realize the amount of urgency you're placing on their project.

Harry Bassey thanks for your comment. Yes communicating a new delivery date and keeping to it truly helps. I have come to realize that clients can accommodate shifts in delivery dates especially if communicated early enough (at least you calling first before they come asking for the job)

Very insightful especially the act of picking a client's calls when a deadline has been missed, has saved my neck a whole lot of times. It helps to calm a very heated situation. Thanks again!

Very educating. So how do u respond to client that says they can do logo overnight just as u said in this video...and expect you to deliver in a day or less?

Thanks for your comment. I think its very important to have a minimum amount of time you need to get a job done and stick to it. If a client is asking you to do it in less time than you have air-marked for yourself , then you must exercise your professional right to say "No" and make the client understand that you place emphasis on good work and good work most times isnt rushed.

ProUp Masterclass Thanks. That was helpful. Though its not easy to say "NO!" when you are sometimes broke. lol. Nothwitstanding, I will apply it.
