Thank you for this video, this makes me more motivated to fix my sleep schedule ☺ If it's okay to ask, I'd really love to hear your opinion on how to stay grounded and "interpret" psychic messages and information in a healthy way without falling into delusions. I've been seeing a lot of conspirituality, spiritual psychosis, and confusion around the thin line between mental illness and intuition in spirituality spaces, and would like to see what your advice would be for dealing with these issues.
