I feel like Avery is talking a lot about herself on this episode. I love her, but this was a hard watch. They both seem very defensive the whole time too.

Yes and I mean it with constructive criticism, no hate! I feel like we’ve heard soooooo many of these stories/topics over and over again. I like her talking and relating to her guests but it’s too much and too centered on her. Just wish we got to hear more from Allison because it felt like half the episode was a solo episode.

I could not agree more Avery is my favorite but all she does is talk about herself the entire time !!!! :-(

I see where you are coming from, but I do believe that Avery is only giving her side and anecdotes bc she too is a mom. I think she was trying to shed light on other experiences and feelings that moms can have. Yes this is her podcast interviewing Allison but we as an audience have to remember that no pregnancy, postpartum, or any life experience is the same. I simply think she is trying to shed light on that fact, and trying to appeal to everyone watching. Also another thing is that not everyone here is a hardcore Avery stan. Many viewers are from Allison, so Avery has the job as a pod cast host to introduce some things about herself that Allison’s audience might not know. :)

Love you Avery you are my favourite influencer on this planet 💓 but please please stop talking about yourself when you have a guest, we’ve heard your stories million times ♥️ not a hate, just something I’m always noticing about your podcast. sending love from the UK

I needed this. I’m 3 weeks postpartum and it has seriously been so hard. The witching hour is no joke and I hate the night time. I have my mom which has been so nice but I have no friends 🤣

I’ll be your friend!!! I have three amazing adult children and would love to be an ear for you. It LITERALLY takes a village to raise a child. Please reach out! #thankgodformamas

I love the pod but think the background could really improve! I suggest moving away from the back curtain a bit to create dark, bring in more moody colors, and get more lighting sources

wish you would have regular ppl on your podcast & not content creator after influencer on. kinda repetitive & unrelatable. as your average working girl
