A tour of the inside of Coric was requested some time ago and so her is a quick look at the boat down below.

Ha, we had been looking for a little bin in hardware stores and then saw the ice cream tub in Ullapool. Works really well and thanks for comment on the tent. Was a bit of a long shot to avoid too much steel work.

Positively palatial! I sailed a Contessa 26 for many years when I was much younger. I always wanted a 32 but families ect. I graduated to French mass produced volumn boats. Now 72, I have fonder memories of my little 26 than any other boat that I have had. Just found your channel, subscibed and liked. 👍

Thank you for this Dave, as I think Elizabeth alluded to, we are enjoying the pared back living. Whiskey bottle, hardly lasts long enough to get stowed! (only joking, and delightfully, we added a couple of whisky glasses after the distillery tour)

Hi. Here is my optimization tip: If you want to save space, cut up plastic and cardboard packaging into small pieces (5x5 cm or less). Also, store every type of garbage collection from 2-3 days in a plastic bag. Put these smaller bags in an additional bigger bag for protection to be stored outside (anchor locker, lazarette, etc.) until you can disposed of. By doing so, even with 5 people on board we could go on for 1-2 weeks without disposal on land. Good luck!

In the centre of the saloon about 5’ 10” but much less in heads (and much much more in the cockpit) :-). Thanks for your kind words.

I'm never quite sure if there a shower on a Contessa 32? I assume the head is a wetroom?

We have a cockpit shower which has worked well. The head has a grating that allows you to have a “bird bath”

May i ask your length please ? Im 1:80 cm and want to know if i can stand properly in the living room

I am 1:70 so it might a little tricky. Let me measure next time I am onboard
