Nice work! I especially like the way you actually weld the soft plastic shampoo bottles together. Thanks for posting this!

Thx. The first bottleship worked out pretty well with the welding, thought I stick to that...since you can't really glue PP.

How long did it take, and the video must've been a bit a bit of time as well.

Looks like you have the same focus trouble I have with my vids. I love how straight forward they are! You pack a lot onto 11 minutes.

Subscribed, and am thoroughly impressed with your craftsmanship! I've just discovered and had a quick look around your channel. I'll have plenty to watch for inspiration for a good long time Thanks, and cheers!

Thanks. I think I got only 3 more videos though. Too time consuming, no patreons (my videos are not tooooo great so I kinda understand) so I can't continue to make more. Glad you like what I do though.

Your builds are amazing and such a lovely watch! I hope you don't mind a little constructive criticism - I don't think your glamour shots are doing justice to the quality and attention to detail of your work. I think maybe just some more interesting directional lighting and possibly a change of background would work wonders!
@SciFiCrafts2 жыл бұрын
Thanks, and yeah, the videos are my weakspot. I dont really have the space BUT....I might just put up a clean white wall or make a box or something for the glamour shots.
@treesareafewofmyfavoritethings2 жыл бұрын
@@SciFiCrafts I think the make sections of your videos are really great. Good level of detail but keeps moving. It's really just showing off the final work that maybe needs attention. Not sure if you've experimented with filming the glamour stuff but you can get a good effect filming miniatures in slow motion. It adds weight to them and looks cool :)
@SciFiCrafts2 жыл бұрын
@@treesareafewofmyfavoritethings Filming it would also work. Might try that next time.

What kind of glue do you recommend for glueing parts to the shampoo bottle?
@SciFiCrafts2 жыл бұрын
None. There is one glue, but its not really easy and expensive. Watch the video....I weld my PP stuff.
@xenofett70082 жыл бұрын
@@SciFiCrafts I watched another video. Some parts were super glued and others were fastened and glued.
@SciFiCrafts2 жыл бұрын
@@xenofett7008 Superglue does not stick. I would rather use hotglue than CA.

@@SciFiCrafts that's why I prefer Milliput or apoxie sculpt. No need to oven bake, just set it and forget it.

@@planetschlock For bigger sculpts you need an all soft surface here and there. Air curing stuff isnot really my fav.

@@lucidview12 Thx, but the timing is kinda bad :) I don't have the time for models without patreons. My real job takes up alot of time so I am afraid the 2-3 models I have made already will be the last I am able to show on here for a while. 1000 subs, 0 patreons
