I will try this method. I like how you simplified it. I have a small packet of celerry and chive seeds.

You make it look so easy. Celery does not grow well on the Oregon coast where I live. But I applied your method to Celeriac root, which grows almost the same (slowly), and it worked great! Filled my 14'x2' planter with almost all of the 72 original seedlings and had a harvest that lasted over 2 months.
