Accountability means taking responsibility for, and ownership of, your decisions, actions, and their consequences.
At freiheit.com we understand Accountable as follows:
We are responsible and deliver results, but we don’t stop there. We are accountable and do not hesitate to take ownership of the results and consequences of our actions and of those we are responsible for. We can explain our decisions and the actions we took. We own both our successes and our mistakes. We don’t say “It’s not my job”. Instead, we fix it, learn, and grow from it.
