Do you need to buy a specific kit or could you by some miracle find the front end at a junkyard and swap?

The front ends are possible to be found yes. However the new fenders mounting location is higher then the stockenxcursion so highly recommend mcnasty kits or you gotta redesign you own

Y’all didn’t have to drop the side skirts you can reach the fender bolts through the door when it’s open just use a ratchet and an extension
