In Ancient Greece, when people got "melancholy" (depression), shamans and healers used a method of dancing, leaping, and singing around the patient in order to raise the spirits of the patient. The ancient Epicurean philosophers appear to have inherited this practice (probably from Epicurus' mother who was a healer and sorceress), and this made its way into Vatican Saying 52, which says "Friendship dances around the world bidding us all to awaken to the recognition of happiness."

You go to a dimension known as 'Summerland' when you die where your soul dreams itself young and healthy again. I found myself there a few years back when I had something of a drug problem. I hadn't eaten, slept or drank anything for about 4 or 5 days (even though I kept peeing) I felt lightheaded with chest palpatations so sat down on my sofa and suddenly found myself in a beautiful meadow full of daisies and buttercups. It looked like there was a festival going on but with all my dead friends and relatives and childhood pets. It was incredible!! My grandmother was there with my old cat Tiger and my dog Bobby. I called to Bobby and it took him a few minutes to recognise me, but we were soon rolling about together in the Elysian plains. A guide called 'Michael' said I shouldn't be here and could only remain if I stayed dead. A very, VERY tempting offer! but ultimately my soul must have felt it still had things to achieve on this side of the mirror of tears so I returned to life. Can't wait to return though. It's great! When i was there it was really bright. Not like a sub in the sky. I was telling all these people who i knew while there, all about my life while i was alive. More happened but i know what you mean. I think I went there ( as we do in sleep but don't remember) to recharge. But also for more, I met my main guide while there but also the veil of forgetting was lifted.. I had as conversation with God or an aspect of God but not difference. I say aspect because He came as male and father. I'm not sure why he came as male but maybe because that's what i needed at the time . Thanks for sharing

Raising energy, pushups, lots and lots of pushups. Till your arms and hands are trembling. The more out of shape you are, the easier it is to raise energy that way. Then focus on your breathing and feeling your senses/nerves all the way down to your toes and to your finger tips. Slowly push the energy to your finger tips into that of a wand.

Energy is the coin of the realm. That is what magic(k) is. A witch in my opinion uses magick every day in any form and for any purpose. I'm not saying we should be doing curses (though there are some exceptions) since a witch can neutralize negativity without harm.

Thank you, this is really, really helpful. It's stuff I do intuitively and I've been doubting my abilities but this affirms it for me and gives me some solid guidance. The raising of energy, I'm drawn strongly to shamanic trance drumming, that really gets me in a flow state. I've neglected my craft for years, I got really lost and I'm learning to connect with myself again. Music, dance and rhyming chants come to me really naturally. Sometimes in that trancey flow, the rhymes just come to me intuitively. I have some other chants I've pre-written. I feel more confident in my abilities now. I think that's an area that's been weakening my powers, self-doubt.

My theory on where our energy goes: Think of ALL the human energy like the drops of water in the ocean. When our body ceases to support our energy, that energy just goes back into the vast “pool of water” with everyone else’s. Perhaps that is what we call Spirit? Whether it just swirls around aimlessly like water in the ocean or whether it takes a form of some sort, separate from the other energies ‘over there’, I haven’t figured out yet. Probs won’t know till I get there!😉☺️🤷🏼‍♀️ I’m kinda hoping it forms into a being that is surrounded by beautiful scenery, nice weather, good music, etc

I have been trying to understand my own energy..i electrocuted myself around 4yrs old and after that i had a vision that stayed with forever...it was not a dream as i thought..i was a witch in a past life and I was being tortured and ridiculed in front of the town people! You did a fantastic job explaining energy. I usually sound like the guy in that movie "Office Space" explaining his jump to conclusions mat, "You see it's energy, and it comes from all over" lol... I think most people assume energy comes from one place, disregarding the fact that it exists far beyond this World. We could come from anywhere, and we may not come from the same places our friends and family came from. It's easy to think energy got here from the same place because we all come from one act that most of us shutter to think about, our parents on a Saturday night having a little too much fun (ugh YUCK!). Even Religion implies we all come from the same place. If people start thinking of the possibility that energy comes from all over, around us, and beyond, they will see how we can all come from different places, which brings me to the subject of Spirituality... different energy could also be the reason there are so many different paths. Why does one thing resonate with one or some, and not with others? It's quite trippy to think about to say the least.

Meditate and take an apple, any object will do. See the apple in your mind. Eventually you will see it in color. Turn the apple in your mind. Take a bite of the apple. It takes time. Eventually you will be able to taste the apple. Its the first step in raising energy. Another meditation. Visualize raising a ball of energy in your palm. Play with the ball. Let it grow and bounce. Again it takes time and dedication.

Honestly the best video I found on the topic, thank you! This might be a bit of a silly question but…at what point do you raise/program/send energy during spellwork? For example, if I’m making a spell jar, candle or sachet, do you raise the energy before adding the ingredients for the jar/sachet or after once the object is created, before sealing it and ending the spell? Not sure if that makes sense but it’s one thing I’ve been trying to figure out for a while

I think this is the video where you asked about our energies when we expire. . . Anyway! . . . Maybe we gravitate to the Sun, just like everything else in our solar system. Every living creature on our planet is effected by the Sun. Circadian Rhythm, photosynthesis. . . those sorts of things. It is the conditioning of light and dark-- the universal dance through time and space-- the music of consonance and dissonance. So maybe death and life are the "0" and "1" outlets for our souls and the Sun is our local power source. . . I don't know. I'm not a scientist, but I've studied music, philosophy and religions. Incorporating this concept of Energy gives the thought of it all a good lift.

I think that's great what you did with the radiometer, I did a similar test without a radiometer but I generated the energy with my hands without rubbing them together but used a piece of paper on a pin. Really should try it cuz I show the people how the get the energy also

Very informative, was diggin' the visitor energy. Seems the more we learn, the more we find there is to know, and we don't really know much at all, comparison to what IS. Not certain if energy Is.. my studies and practice has led me to energy perhaps secondary or hybrid as is electricity. The Aether is dialectricity, the second element is magnetism. Everything else stems from this. All is Atum(atom). The Torus and the hyperbole. Red shift, blue shift. One radiates, one is amptitude up and down. , We are the microcosm, above being,, same really. As these 2 elements permeate every field we see this generation of secondary or hybrid. We see energy, elements and electricity. Light and illumination is a field perdebation, a disturbance. we are more than energy we are the sum of our life experiences and choices or lack of . there are more entities in our sphere than humans animals etc. what ever you accept as life . not all life is based from our earth .i didnt believe in much as a teen . i came from a shattered family on both sides abuse anger hate . in a old farm house over 100 years . i met 2 beings 1 a feeder the other a protector . i know that i know that i know they were real alive not created by humans or from this world . this left a mark on me that changed me .i am a witch i didnt seek it . it found me i have dabbled in many forms of magick .i use what works for me .. we do not just vanish in death . but we do come back . i dont know the process if we choose to or if it just happens . but i have astral traveled and ive seen re experienced some past lives .no i was never any one special just common . but in my deaths i found the source of some fears that followed me in this life .what is plain to me is we are here to learn and grow .to love and accept each other as they are . some believe we are here to evolve to become gods . i dont want to evolve into a god . when you talk to or research those that evolve you will find they lose interest in the world in those that live around them. they dont help those in peril . compassion love kindness leaves its all about the becoming . i will stay human an old witch learning to be the best human the best witch i can be .

Love this video Mannun, i can feel everyone's energy. As a witch ive been having some trouble, when it comes doing my own work. I put alot of energy in others I help and, it's hard to release knowing I should. I guess my desire to help other's is taken over me. As a santera i have to take care of myself and, i have started again. I just feel bad for others and stop what I'm doing to go help, this my only problem. And now I'm crying just thinking about it. I’ve been watching these videos at different times and it’s ironic and cool. I know you encourage practicing but I do not however, this video brought awareness of how powerful my words/energies are. Take for instance a happening at work and to my surprise, my energies manifested what I felt should be and it actually happened. It wasn’t for me personally but for the buisness. I see the Blue Fire. It's in me little old heart. I'm not claiming any system, I don't know enough too. But I sure see/feel that fire. I've always felt loved and protected from Mom and Dad (truthfully don't know names). Where does the energy go once we pass? To answer this, I'll divide our energy into two components: the tangible (bones, flesh, etcetera); and the intangible (our knowledge, intentions, etcetera). Depending on one's wishes, the physical body goes back to our Earth Mother when it begins to break down. If one wishes to be cremated, there is a quicker release of the energy back to the Universe via heat, smoke and the like. Of course, the ashes generated from the latter may be used to nourish our Earth Mother as well. The intangibles, perhaps called a spirit or an aura, is released upon the death of the vessel. In my opinion, the Spirit remains intact and hangs out for a period of time. My belief is the Spirit hangs out in Summerland (I first learned this term when reading Ray Buckland) until such time that it is incorporated into another vessel. So, I do believe in reincarnation and feel this is where the term "Old Soul" comes from. I'm glad you suggested this presentation in the Candle Magick video - I'm almost missed. I was wondering if you would do a video that expands on casting circles. I've been practicing for awhile now, with several different covens and groups, on my own, and with my current husband. With the first coven I was part of, and with those initial members of that coven, when we cast the circle I really felt as if we were between worlds. But as time went on, casting circle with different people and by myself, I found that I didn't always feel that same energy shift. There are many different variations in how to cast a circle, when to do it, and also sometimes you call watchtowers and sometimes you don't, etc., and books don't always explain the why's and why not's of this, even though I think it's very important to understand the energy you are casting and the entities and energies you may or may not want to invite in. Thank you for doing these videos. I find there is always room to learn even when you're not a newbie, and it's nice to see videos from someone with years of experience and who I've met and know is legit. Blessed be!

Wait a second... This sounds more easy than I thought and than I was reading in a book. I was rubbing my palms the other day and I could feel the magnetic sensation when I moved them closer. So this is it? I did it for short time so the sensation disappeared in short time but the dancing and movement for extended period of time makes more sense now. Sorceress similar to a Witch.... I would guess they have their similarities and differences. For starters a sorceress is a female who practices Sorcery and a Witch can be male or female whom practices Witchcraft. Excess energy.... You would ground it.
