Your podcast is a breath of fresh air, man. Just deep straight talks, without any corruption of political opinion. Your guests are stellar as well. This one in particular is the real deal. You can see it in her eyes, she swims in the deep end.

There is no way Steve is a mere muggle… his ability to bring such strong practitioners on his podcast is out of this world… (Mary Shutan’s writings have guided me out of very difficult territory)

I guess one skill of a magician is the ability to disguise him/herself as emptiness when it's beneficial to the universe unfolding itself.

I just came across your workbooks, which led me to look for more information on you. I’m interested in purchasing them, but also interested in speaking with you.

Great video Steve. I have most of Mary’s books and have struggled through a full in awakening for many years. Fascinating about the governments….hard not to get into a conspiracy mindset after hearing that!

Wow!! This sounds awesome!! Steve, You do an outstanding job. Excellence, through and through!! Would love to see a podcast with viewer/fan submitted questions directed to a guest panel with Delson Armstrong, Beth Upton, and Lee Brassington. Just an idea. All the best! David

Why not meditate on your bed? Helps with dream practices. Will it mess up sleep quality? Curious if anyone can share some insight

I began practicing in lotus position, but after a femur surgery I couldn't fold my leg. So I decided to meditate lying on my bed. I had many benefits, the most bland was that I dettached from meditating only in lotus position, it helped to me to get acquainted meditating anywhere in any position. I also strenghtened my abillity to not fall asleep, exactly because it's easier to fall asleep in bed, it gave me more finese control and I began to recognise even more subtle states of dullness. |But the most awesome and incredible thing was that I dropped the preocupation of falling asleep while meditating because I learned how to meditate while sleeping (yes, you can be conscious while sleeping and meditate in this state), so it became a "whatever" matter. The only problem is the intermediate states, the "torpor". The lucid sleep meditation is the same as awake meditation.

John Dee's "Enochian" can be said to be a magic that has capacity to exercise global political changes. Planchette writing in Chinese esoteric circles it seems is still a thing.

All this spiritual stuff that Mary is talking about becomes mostly meaningless when the illusion of the personal self is seen through. Remarkably the illusion of there being a personal self has been seen through here several years ago and this Kundalini stuff still plays havoc with this body. What can I tell you.

Man I mean this direct way so to awaken Kundalini would create much anticipation, and overcharging prana in a particular place so it could blow up and spread out seems very fucked up idea to me, they for it to happen is the way of awareness of embodied being , so when chaos hits at least you know where you " standing" or "dropping"
