I’m so glad for the new videos. I am living my journey through your journey. Although I would love to be on my own journey, it’s not always the best thing for some. Without going into detail, just know that you are blessed to have the freedom to enjoy the beautiful land God gave all of us, however obviously it’s not meant for us all to enjoy it. Teach your children what a wonderful life they have and to protect this beautiful land for their future. Peace!

Thank you so much for that! Glad you are here along with us. You make good points and great reminders...protect/teach/preserve. Sorry for whatever circumstances have prevented you from being able to do what you enjoy. Sending warm vibes, hope one day you can overcome that! Appreciate your comments.

Boy did they get dirty!! Haha that’s an understatement. Thanks as always Marty, we will be back for sure!! Maybe earlier in the spring to avoid wildfire hazards next time. Seems like each year it starts sooner and sooner. Cheers to you buddy! Beautiful part of the country indeed!

The laughter you guys expressed playing in the middle of the road is priceless.(dirty boys)The Kids are growing up fast and that is a moment that you will cherish for ever... Luke and Logan don't know how lucky they are to have such magnificent parents. Cheers to Freedom and Parenting Done Well!

Thank you Rob, you are so right. Thankful to have these moments documented for the future. One day they'll be all grown and we will wish they were young, rolling around in the dirt again. Precious moments indeed! Appreciate your comment.

I have to laugh every time I see your 2 boys. They remind me of my cousin and myself when we were their age. We were always up to something, sometimes good.... sometimes not. Thanks for sharing.

Great memories :) so glad you have those to reminisce. Brothers, cousins, sisters…they all just want to be kids. Grateful to allow them to be just that in the greatest playground of all- Mother Nature! Appreciate you comment Chazzie!

Why a disaster? If u park on a dusty place and let the children play free, what is good for them. Don't be negative when they are dirty!
@OverlandUncharted3 жыл бұрын
What we didn't catch on camera...they had just cleaned up before all this! lol, don't worry- we let them have free range *most* of the time. They've definitely gotten in their fair share of dirt, sand, and mud. Good for the microbiome, won't argue that at all. Sometimes, too much of a good thing isn't always good tho right?? Plus they were getting too unruly, just because we're all alone in the forest doesn't mean that we let them act like hooligans either tho, the forest is still our "home" and we try to respect it as much as we can. Cheers to you Ewa, thanks for your comments :)

@@OverlandUnchartedI understand lol. You are so good parents and u boys play freely and creatively outside without complaining. I worked with kids and they get often bored and weeny ( is that english) when they not play Gameboy or other computer games, they forget to be creative otherwise. The live and experience what u give ur boys, is the best they can have.

It’s definitely a problem in America too- too much screen time. We allow the boys a tablet but try to dose it appropriately when used for pleasure. We use it for school quite a bit too. It’s crazy when when they get too much of it- it’s like sugar creates all kind of behavioral problems! Bless you for trying to foster that beautiful relationship between child, nature, and imagination!
