this isn’t directed at you specifically but I really wish people would stop posting about ep 8 every time someone does a Jatp reaction. like let the person watch the episodes without setting up their expectations. If anything it will hit harder when it’s not expected. I just watched Bexius’s reactions and she was saying she didn’t find ep 8 as sad as expected because everyone kept hyping it up. if people had just let her get to the episode without warning her about it beforehand she might have perceived it differently and been able to react to it more naturally. just something I hope the fandom will think about more. you wouldn’t spoil the plot for the episode so why spoil the mood of the episode for the person watching it.

I loved how quickly the boys started to care about Julie and that they showed it so openly. Like with Alex asking her if she’d gotten back into the music program, Luke giving her a song that he wrote to help her, the three of them hyping her up when she was nervous about performing and then them jumping on stage with her so that they could just support her, not even knowing that they could be seen yet. And my favorite character is definitely Julie.

Alex is my favorite, He's the perfect amount of Funny, Sweet and Sassy. But i do love Reggie too. The boys were 17 when they died. Also the teacher was literally cut off, she couldn't make the choice, she had been trying for months to keep her in the program but Julie hadn't sang or played anything for a whole year. Her spot was filled and she couldn't just push the other kid out who is also talented. I understand that it sucks but her hands were literally tied. I would also love to see your reactions to the rest of the show.

I really really love this show and all your reactions 🥰 I love the characters too! I love how the boys are actually expressing emotion and how they allow the boys to have a physically affectionate relationships. Julie is also very strong willed but vulnerable and she’s very loveable and realizes that she has boundaries that the boys have to follow. Even Carrie has some type of development and nick isn’t a stereotypical jock, he’s described as a sweetheart and he breaks up with Carrie because she’s rude and he knows that. Also, the supportive dad who genuinely loves and supports his kid is awesome! Willie and Alex’s relationship isn’t forced or portrayed as a “gay relationship” it’s just a RELATIONSHIP and is really normal instead of forced for diversity. Please do more of these 🥰
