Viking press looks the coolest. I compete in juijitsu and do strongman stuff for my strength and conditioning.

Great footage and brilliantly edited. I watched the first 3 events and your log and deadlift looked superb. Hopefully see you compete again soon.

That deadlift was awesome coach! You are incredibly strong off the floor. Im struggling from the floor atm.
@MSTSystems2 жыл бұрын
Thanks mate, floor speed is usually mechanical issues, try starting with a higher hip and shoulders protracted but depressed
@utgardkraft14122 жыл бұрын
@@MSTSystems I'll try that!

Haha thanks mate, wouldn’t be good if I was doing technique breakdowns but couldn’t do it myself haha
@nzjordannz2 жыл бұрын
Haha fair point. it's still crazy to see from someone that started off watching the big boys, it's amazing how far you've managed to refine it to an art one could say.

Mint video guys! The voice over worked really well. What's your old deadlift PB and what's the current u90 world record?
@MSTSystems2 жыл бұрын
Thanks rob! I’ve pulled 370kg in a suit, think the record is 365 in strongman. I didn’t do it in a comp though, I had the record in the u80s for a long while (320) but that’s been broken to!

Loved seeing what it's like. What were the weights of each event. I got the deadlift but not the others? Might have missed it if you did say. Enjoyed watching it tho.
@MSTSystems2 жыл бұрын
Ah no it didn’t say, the log was 120kg, yoke was 310kg, Viking was 130kg and stone was only i to 110kg 🤷♂️
