building under a hard roof looks like luxury to me!!! on my restoration, I had various tents, and in the end, I had a double layer tent, just cheap tarps to set up a second inner surface - this caught the condensation drips from the outer surface. Making it actually quite dry inside. I think the same would probably improve your boatport.

I agree we are lucky to have the hard roof. When using our tarp tent to build in we don't have the daily humidity condensation drips but it is limited by its width when working on the hull fully assembled. Good luck with your restoration.
