I guess the price gap between new developments and resales will only more increase now that building cost are increasing rapidly, isn't it?

Hi Erik - thanks for your comment. Some developers are absorbing the loss of margin, others are absorbing some of it and then passing on a share of the increase to consumers. In fact, some developers are holding back with new product launches while they wait for inflation to slow, as they don´t want to price their projects above the market ceiling.
