This man's lie hit me so hard on my head. A simple and unbiased autopsy will reveal the truth. Which one is "Chinwendu had hormonal imbalance. Her hormones rose so high to that of a man, that was why she was acting like a man". Woooww!!!. Hormonal imbalance can only prevent her from conceiving and not to kill her (though I cant vouch for the type and quality of medications she received). AUTOPSY is the only to get the truth, since she's gone and cannot defend herself.

The deceased lady had a clear medical issue that was not addressed timely. She had blood clots in her leg called Deep Venous Thrombosis (DVT). Those blood clots moved to her lungs and stopped her from breathing. The condition kills suddenly. Please let this gay alone. The woman died of a medical emergency.
