I apologize for the amateur camera works combined with the understandable overexcitement. 😂 please let me know what you enjoy about the video.

It's sO amazing seeing mushrooms in the wild and especially in a forest as stunningly beautiful as this. Wish I could go there too ... just to explore because I wouldn't have the first clue as to which mushrooms are edible and which aren't. I'd probably eat them ALL even if poisonous and d!€ extremely happy since i L❤VE eating them. I only know of the mushrooms in supermarkets lol 😅

They look like flowers, in a mushroomy sort of way! I'm from Oregon, about 50 miles from there. Never picked mushrooms except the naughty ones as a teen. These are gorgeous! What would you suggest for a beginner?

I suggest attending a forage by your local mycology association. Also, get a mushroom book.

@@PNWForager Thanks so much!! I never knew there were activities such as a Forage, a local mycology association. So glad I asked!

How come you’re not picking all of the chanterelles?

My basket was full. It’s more fun finding and filming them. Chanterelles are gorgeous, aren’t they?
