Craig is the master of recording fireworks. Another great video once again!! Whenever people ask what the shows or fireworks are like at Disney. I always tell them to watch the Dis vlogs on KZbin. You are by far the best at capturing the 'magic'

Wonderful job as usual Craig! Thank you for all the great fireworks videos you have provided over the years. I enjoyed Epcot Forever and what it offered. Yes it could've been longer and could've added a few more of those classic Epcot songs but this was a great tribute to Epcot of the past and that the spirit of Epcot will indeed live forever even though a "whole new world" of Epcot is on the horizon.

Thank you Craig! You truly have amazing skills to be able to capture that show as nicely as you did. The show itself is a bit disjointed. Lovely if all you want is fireworks, but with all the lasers and technology, I was thinking it would be as awe inspiring as the show in the 80's and 90's. I'm going to see it in person next month.....I hope I am totally wrong and blown away by it! :)

I loved how it goes back to the original with the lasers, spotlights and illuminated countries. If only they would have done Rhapsody in Blue. That always choked me up.

Absolutely brilliant capture of the new show! The colors look amazing, and no visible noise to speak of either. I wish we could have a tiny bit more music, but I appreciate you can't really control that :-) it would make it feel like being there!

excellent video quality! i'm very happy this is temporary. it pales in comparison with illuminations, although the kites are AMAZING! i'm hoping for something new...would walt opt for nostalgia or innovation?

You definitely had the best angle for the fireworks from all I’ve watched. The kites seemed further away though from this angle. From this angle the fireworks made more sense with the music, it doesn’t from the other angles. Yes I do think Aladdin at the end was weird, only thing I can think is ...a whole new world... like it’s gonna be a whole new epcot....I just wish the spoken words weren’t drown out by the fireworks popping.

Great video Craig as always. I enjoyed the show more after seeing it in person and with your video. I think the Whole New World piece is meant to bridge the Epcot of today and yesterday with tomorrow or at least that's my interpretation of the message behind it.

I’ve watched 4 different channels and I am obsessed with it, the last time I was in tears. I love the soundtrack and those banners flying r so cool. Great job Craig you were able to capture good audio as well as visuals. So wish I coulda been there but soon, see ya real soon.

I have seen it live and I don‘t like it. In my opinion Illuminations was better. The have some problems at the moment. One show was completely canceled and on the other one one kite went down.

Love this new show! Short, sweet, constant action (unlike Illuminations which was so slow moving that sometimes nothing was happening), and there was enough of each EPCOT music selection to recognize and reminisce. Can't wait to see it in person if it lasts through January. Thanks for filming it!

I don't think any would say that illuminations exactly got its legacy from fireworks.... but it its soundtrack was legendary from the 30 minute pre-show all the way to the Tapestry of Nations at closing. That "slow moving" part told a story of unity which was really unique to that show. I honestly think this new show fails miserably in comparison.

@@IslandTourist I agree about the theme of Illuminations and the soundtrack, especially the last song which kept playing while everyone exited, many like me dancing to it (and I'm seventy!) But through the years the show changed. Once a spectacular centerpiece, the globe drifted further and further to the FW side, so watchers from the World Showcase side could barely see the shifting scenes on its surface. The lasers were anemic and there were huge time-gaps between the "movements" of the symphony, as it were. We video'd Illuminations last year, because we knew we wouldn't see it again, but having seen it when it was new 20 years ago and several times since, we were a bit disappointed in what we saw.

Craig's video and audio are superb as usual. But frankly, I am very disappointed in the show. Had such high hopes as a lover of all the classic EPCOT music, but just throwing a phrase here, a line there, a jumbled note elsewhere, and filling the sky with a lot of fireworks is NOT a through-line, a real show, or a real tribute. The kites are fun, no doubt, but the content is a major disappointment. What a let-down. And again, I just plain LOVE EPCOT and the original themes and attractions, but there's no real reasoning or connection in this mixed mess. It is sadly one of those "Throw it up there and they'll love it" lesser efforts that DIsney comes up with once in a while. Damn shame.
