thats one clean yz man. i heard it knocking at 3:00 mine has that same noise but runs mint and the bottom end it solid i just did a top end. i think that noise is normal? anyone know?

Normal for the YZ250! It’s actually not the motor itself it’s the gears in the transmission. These bikes have a noisy gear box. Simply some of the best two strokes ever built.

@@Joshua-yz2zl I was concluding it could be the clutch basket, but the gear would make more sense. And yes there great bikes mine lifts the front wheel up in 5th gear.

Absolutely beautiful. Where did you get the graphics? Where did you get the rear brake line aluminum guides? The Acerbis tank, did it come with the petcocks? Sorry for all the questions just found you vids tonight and I'm in the middle of an 04 YZ build myself, you hit exactly what I am hoping to produce myself.

Thank you! Graphics are from Rival Graphics. The Break Line rear guides I found on EBay. Yes the tank does come with petcocks and a fuel line.
