Hi Steve. After watching both videos a couple of times, I realized why Angelina was running/ skipping onto the stage. She had to be on her mark before the piano block chords to allow a camera pan and zoom in for her opening phrase of the song. That required the precision of a wide receiver in football running a post pattern, since that stage was about the size of a football field. Then she had to sing a soft phrase to open the song without being winded. All the other performers just had to stroll to their marks while belting. What a little pro!!!! ❤ This reminds me of the opening of Diamonds Are Forever in Vegas. For the first performance the sound engineer missed turning on the mic for the opening phrase and Angelina started the song with the second phrase without missing a beat. In the second set she carried the mic out while walking in that 45 lb. gown and started right on que. I love all the bts videos from Mery giving us these glimpses into the world of stagecraft.

Angelina seems to have been born a pro , Remember the video when she was 1 1/2 and set the mic down to put her hands over her head like a heart or a ballerina . What 1 1/2 year old has that amount of understanding and focus. She Hit her mark there too ! Amazing ! Always a Pro , Seems to be collected and at ease with whatever comes up .
