Before I came to Karnataka, I didn't even know how heavenly tasty dosas can be. After 3+ years of stay, going back to Pune. Thank you, Bengaluru, and all the Kannadigas who I ever had an opportunity to interact with. Yes, I tasted the dosa at CTR, MTR, Vidyarthi Bhavan, Maiyas, Dwarka, Mylari Dosa at Mysore, Thatte idlis at Bidadi, a meal at MTR, Annapoorni, Hallimane, a north Karnataka Jolada Rotti meal at Nalapaka, A2B filter coffee, lifetime food memory to cherish. Karnataka has a beautiful and rich culture. All I can say is I am grateful. Blessed to be born in India, a country with such a huge diversity. And that diversity can't be appreciated in its true sense unless one visits the places. I was blessed to get that opportunity and am proud that I didn't waste it.

The best part about these dose establishments in Bengaluru is that they stick to the traditional dose with slight modification may be like the bhaat khali dose unlike what you see in rest of India with weird combinations like cheese dosa, noodles dosa, manchurian dosa, and what not. Hi You missed the famous Kali dose hotel Dwaraka at NR colony, when you were in Basavanagudi. This hotel was on Bull Temple Road,, It is very old Hotel, just like Vidyarthi Bhavan, further HVS joint on Sheshadripuram Main Road prepares mouth watering Benne Kali, Marsala dose, It is difficult judge the best of best, but I have tasted the best Khali, Masala , Set doses in South Blr and Malleswara

For me those 99 variety dosa is big no! I feel it’s a big mess they make on dosa with vegetables. There are only two types of dosa 1 Masala Dosa and Khali dosa, these two are good enough to satisfy your tummy. Eat Udupi Krishnabhavan Masala Dosa, Janata hotel VV Puram or Dwarka hotel Khali dosa. It’s haunting taste in my opinion. Even if you don’t want you will go there to eat!

The best part of Bangalore dosae is like, you can not say which one is better among, every dosa has unique taste to its restaurant... it’s like Japanese big four motorcycle manufacturers like Honda, Suzuki, Yamaha and Kawasaki! Our residence was hardly around 100 mts from CTR & used to be our adda after playing at MCG in 1980's, never had dosa since my mom was great cook & money was also main criteria.........after watching the video what fate plays in one's life we moved far away, mom no more & money not a matter.....anyways love CTR, brings back the memories.......enjoy great dosa's & Mr. Kripal is great............
