For wonton, you should add some "cho" or vinegar, and chili oil. You just ate it plain, I use the large soup spoons and add a bit of each for each spoonful. It's pretty important to use sauces imo. Cheers for having such an awesome channel.

Hi Sonny, You're videos are awesome. As an Asian, I'm glad you are helping to spread Asian culture awareness through the internet. There's a correction I'd like to suggest however. Your close up shots of "Char Siu" from 7:50 to 7:56, was wrong. The shots you presented actually is the Chinese version of Lechon, in Cantonese called "Siu Yuk" literally translated as "roasted meat." (i'm not sure which came first though!) "Char Siu" is the sweet tasting Barbecue pork. It is translated, literally, as "roasted kebab" (of pork). It is in the background at 7:51. "Char siu" are the long strips of pork, the rack of red colored meat on the metal skewer. Keep up the hard work Sonny! -Albert

Duck is probably my favorite poultry. If you go back to Philippines again, go to Victoria, Laguna (my hometown). It is like the duck capital of the Philippines. When you get there, ask around for the best Kinulob (possibly my favorite Filipino food).
