Just wow!!!!! The shots of Worsley with the "blowing" sand were epic!! The picture of stars was so pretty. It's sad to think their are people in this country that will never see the beauty of this stars due to light pollution... Peter and Carolyn I could smell that meal! Pete nice guns!! lol, you should show your workout. Caroline your voice over and editing is sooooo amazing!! Dan the man, nice vehicle handling on the switch backs! Even puppers looks at home in the desert! What made you change tents? Maybe a video idea on how those held up, y'all sure got alot of use out of them!! As much as we all love your videos I was glad to hear y'all take breaks and truly enjoy the locations! As always Thanks for taking us along!!!!!!

Love that night sky shot ... you could say "Epic!" ... you guys must love being down in the heat!? From one extreme to another. Getting awful warm up here in B.C. ( 23°C ... 73°F, of course, just after you leave), so it must be REALLY hot down there.

From a Vegas local, if you follow the road west out of Death Valley towards Mt Whitney, and you are lucky, you will find you are in Star Wars canyon. Trails and mines all over the whole area. Also, when the park service decides to reopen Great Basin National Park, there is a campground at 10,000’, but that whole area might as well be the moon. Can see the whole Milky Way with the naked eye at night. You guys gave me a ton of places for the bucket list, allow me to offer one in return. 🇺🇸

We were there the week before you guys. Titus Canyon is amazing. Great footage. You made rhyolite look way more interesting than it was ;) Lippencott Mine Rd had some hair raising spots descending at sunset.
@uweschroeder3 жыл бұрын
Titus canyon is my favorite route to LV. There is really no good route to drive from northern CA to LV, you either go over the Sierra or you go south and over. I usually prefer south and over and every time we have time to spare we take the Titus Canyon Road (when it's open, sometimes they close the canyon. So much better than the road. BTW: when going west like you do, if you're short on water make a right at the street you end up coming out of Titus Canyon and go north for a few miles. There's Mesquite Campground to the left in a ditch and that campground usually has water.

Thoroughly enjoying your video. DVNP, my favorite park, lost count of my visits. A significant plus for driving over Red Pass to Titus Canyon is it is a 1-way road, no head on vehicle encounters. Hope you manage to swing by Ash Meadows National Wildlife Refuge with Crystal Spring and Devils Hole (which falls under DVNP management). FYI: the refuge visitor center may be closed due to the pandemic, but access to the boardwalk trail to Crystal Spring was still open. Swimming is allowed in Crystal Reservoir, but not anywhere else in the refuge.
