It's scary to think how good he can be, considering Marcus is already is in a league of his own, and yet he is saying he doesn't think he's reached his full potential. Marcus is a joy to watch play, not only for his talent, but you can see how much the sport means to him with the amount of effort he puts in. He is a true inspiration to young kids.

Best interview I've heard Marcus give! You can tell he's a 1% guy; looking to improve incrementally each and every day. Waiting for that perfect 10 performance a la Dan Carter, and I think out of all the 10s in world rugby Marcus has that ability. Kudos to Borthers for testing him at 15, offers even more to both club and country. But like DC says, he's the man at 10 for England at the moment. Lucky to have him!
