Great work street machine this is Motorsport that is still accessible to the average bloke in his shed and something that involves the whole family! Seeing real cars race instead of race cars with manufacturers badges stuck to them gets me excited about motor sport again and is a welcomed change. Please keep running this event and don’t change a thing. Congrats to all involved and I hope I can be a part of it someday! 👍👍👍

had a blast watching this years drag challenge on youtube and carnage live feed! haven't been well enough to head out to a track to spectate unfortunately, so this coverage was almost rehab for Me. got to see glimpses and a few runs of people i know and hope you can do some more videos of the other classes ( Anthony's red XE Wagon and Rob's XE Ute with the procharged 250 crossflow in particular) hat's off to the big guns and everyone who made it to the end. was really looking forward to seeing Bubba finish also! Thanks again, looking forward to the next ones (you are doing one in every state right?)

thanks for the replies, always interested in the history esp the Australian automotive items. I'm Canadian so with exceptions Canada always got US cars, neat to know that the AP5 was one of the earlier "Australian Produced" as opposed to assembled from parts. That car in the intro background, the red one, IF you could find one here (rust) you could swap any panel, the blue one I asked about based on the articles read, only some of the front panels may still interchange with the car of the same name in North America.

Same could be said for any of these cars racing at Cootamundra. Hopefully both groups can meet together and sort it once and for all. 👍 But at the moment at a strip, Frank is quicker with his 7.000 beating KING32's 7.006.
