Limited to 1,000 feet for the Top Class because of speeds over 200 MPH. Safety at those speeds was treading a very thin line, Americas Top Fuel Dragsters have been running 1,000 foot for same reason, it's no fun when people die.

So many fast cars, where's all the VL's from victoria and hi end drag cars, looks like they are too scared to do the challenge, so many street cars and seen then at calder doing low 8's yet not on this challenge, hum wonder why all show no go if you ask me ?
