It’s funny cause I grew up in a Cambodian household yet I’ve had so many of these dishes or variations of them growing up. Southeast Asian cuisine is where it’s at. Literally is a culmination of the best dishes.

Love to see you do Chicago’s China town there’s two parts the old and newer area where it’s expanding to just did a food crawl two weeks ago with 4 of my kids and a couple of their friends,hadn’t had the kids there in awhile but wife and I have. We had fabulous food and drinks it was a blast 😎
