chilaquiles is essentially fried tortillas cut into smaller pieces and usually cooked together with egg and then you can have a green sauce or red sauce, it is also made different but as in how that restaurant made it, at my house we cut up corn tortillas, fry them with oil after they turned a little bit of color drop some eggs in the pan and then do a red spicy sauce

Ahh my neighborhood! Angel has great chicken/goat biryani along with the lamb vindaloo which is spicy as hell. I placed a couple recommendations Mexican places: -Taqueria Coatzingo -this one is weird but has the best steak quesadilla, it is in the corner between an abandoned Duane reade across aroma de cafe, it is a cart and they open from 9am-8pm and they have yummy tamales as well. Thai places: -Ayada -boon chu -saranrom thai -sabay(northern Thai food but lowkey spot that not a lot of people know) I really enjoy watching your vlogs!

it might be the way you start on the way down for squats. right after you get in your set up, bring your hips back slightly like you're starting an RDL, and once you're slightly bent over, then begin your squat. it helped me a lot with not feeling it in my lower back,

For your squats, try the cue "stacking your rib cage on to your pelvis". This will help you stabilize your core better and eliminate the back arch you currently have, which I think is what is causing the hip issue.
