Omgggg I'm French and I've been living in Paris for a few years and I have never ever since those prices! 20 euros for a jambon beurre??? :o :o The most I have ever seen is like 8€ for top quality ham and cheese, otherwise it's under 5€ (same for crepes from street vendors, always under 5 euros). These tourist prices are crazyyyy! Apart from that, I loved the video and you looked super stylish Claire

Hey guys, just recently discovered your channel, super nice, really enjoyable to watch. I grew up in Paris and i just wanted to mention, that there is a law on baguettes in France. No additives or preservatives are allowed in the dough, hence why the bread is sold daily and we buy the bread generally, in the mornings. The baguette also needs to be made at the boulangerie, it is sold in, so just a fun fact.

Hi guys. As a French person I find your video very interesting. 1,60 euros the baguette! 20 euros for a sandwich! It's written "tourists" on your forehead 😁. Otherwise a real ham and butter is made with white ham. It's a Parisian product and you can still find very good ones at a reasonable price. The restaurant looked delicious, the bakery too. But if you want real good crepes, you have to go to Brittany and not elsewhere. In Paris, it will be near the Montparnasse train station only. Have a nice trip 😀

@@bureaucrazy1234, I’m just pointing out the obvious because it is not reasonable to conclude that they are either “highly intelligent” or “from very well-to-do families”. Firstly, if they were from money, I find it hard to believe that they had never been to Paris, they never ate beef tartare, they would drink cheap wine, etc. Secondly, if they were intelligent, they would not have been scammed multiple times. Therefore, your conclusion seems to be implausible. It is not “sad”.
