As an 'American' I totally agree the temperature conversions are a pain in the A$$! At least in Celsius it is absolute. I also understand the hot house mood (humidity is crazy) - we do not have Central air so we have 2 small window units and fans circulating the cooled air around - yea a bit of comfort. Hi I live in Texas and it gets pretty hot here (like 39 degrees celsius) and I have some tips I’d like to share!! Always have a water bottle on you, try having an umbrella, wear loose fitted clothing, light shoes with light socks, and for indoors if you have ac close up rooms so that the air isn’t just flowing through the entire house (just in certain rooms, thus cooling them faster), and if you don’t have ac try having a house with nice cool floors and no carpet so that you can at least sit there.

Regarding your cat and taking it with you, find out what you have to do so she/he doesn't have to be in quarantine for up to a month. Or if there is anything that has to be done because it is in EU/Europe. I had a cat that I took with me when I moved from Canada to Denmark. There were alot of vacancies she had to get before she was allowed to come into the country. Moving countries is a huge thing. I have moved from Denmark to Canada and then from Canada back to Denmark.

I actually got your last coat from punk rave before I discovered you and as a girl, and short (I altered the strap to be adjustable and pulled in at the waist, also sewed princess seams to narrow it too.). Don't worry about the weather in Barcelona! As someone who lives in the south of Spain and has visited Barcelona plenty of times, the whole country usually cools down past October time until March-ish :) Down south the coldest it could get might be around 9 degrees on a real bad day, but it snows and everything up north, so plenty of opportunities for jackets and thicker hoodies and stuff! :)

I'm usually used to the 80s F weather here, but this year it's been weirdly brutal. Maybe its because my job has me delivering so its harder to regulate my temperature when I keep going from one extreme to another. Or maybe because it's been more humid here than past summers.
