EPIC Hiking in SWISS ALPS from Seealpsee to Santis der Berg

Amazing video guys. I’m planning to visit Santis and I’d be travelling by public transport. Can you give some more information on public transport connectivity like nearest bus/train station and what would be the best route to hike?

thanks a lot! if you wanna do this loop as we did you can arrive by train to " Wasserauen ", then use the cable car from the top of SANTIS, and then you take the bus from lower cable car station " Schwägalp " to a train station either in Nesslau or Urnäsch. Overall the trains run very well in the whole region and the connections are decent, especially during summer season. If you love bit more adrenaline you can start your hike in Schwägalp, make a stop in Berggasthaus Tierwis for refreshment,and then hike through rough rocky terrain (but still well marked tourist route). Eventually you reach " Himmelsleiter " - ladder to heaven - which is steep uphill climb on leathers offering spectacular experience and incredible views. This option is bit more steep but definitely much shorter than doing the hike from Wasserauen. Hope this helped. Just be sure to check the weather please and be careful.
