Luce is getting so big! Love the end of video watching her little personality begin to shine through! A little sleep, a little parenting practice and getting your home more in order seems to have lessened the looks/sounds of stress u were dealing with before. House looks stunning already! Not that u asked ,😘 but I was thinking that it would look pretty if u painted the planters a pretty shade of blue/grey. This would tie the wood tones (beautiful btw), the painted grey flooring and red flowers all together with a POP of color! Just a thought for consideration. It looks lovely as is and it's obvious u have excellent taste! It's been quite a journey following u both so far. It's a joy to see how far you've come from those long haired, carefree, single travel warriors u started out as, traveling around the world with abandon! Now u are a little older, hopefully wiser, better traveled, terrific parents to a precious baby girl. 💕 The van has now been replaced (although temporarily I think)🤞🏼with a house that will soon become a beautiful home to continue your epic journey together as both husband/wife and now parents. Those geraniums you bought can get expensive but many people don’t know you can pull them before winter & store them in a paper bag in a garage or something so they don’t freeze & just spritz water on them from time to time so they don’t dry out. Then you can plant the roots in the spring, water good & you won’t have to spend money on buying more of them!

HUGE endeavor during rainy season and a newborn but got it done and it looks amazing. It will provide an environment for good health and that is so important and thoughtful on your part to provide that for little one and t he workmanship was amazing with workers coincided with each other that helped moved the project forward so you were very lucky with the workers. Love the overall lines, details, including taking the time to show us an excellent security camera system, which will also provide you 24/7 views for miles around from your rooftop view of the Alps no less. The choice of exterior materials & finish details make it look polished. It's a nod to both classic Chalet & modern technology. (Just rewatched the removal of the scaffolding through the finished views being revealed...& Wow. Love that music you used. Sorta sexy. A great choice again.) The upper door onto the balcony lined up with your front door has a powerful, modern feel. Then, did I see a Chevron pattern of dark brown boards on the upstairs door? The balconies add a graceful touch plus practicality. The window boxes filled with bold red Pelargonium blossoms make an excellent accent. They'll take full sun, with an even, moderate amount of water & look best with grooming as needed. They are heavy feeders, but it looked like you gave them an amended soil, so a weekly light feed might do. Feeding them will be worth it to keep the foliage dense, a rich green, & the blooms coming all summer. You can even take them inside when the weather cools. They're easy to care for over winter too. I usually stop feeding my houseplants in fall until February, with some exceptions, so they can rest, & cut back on the watering as they're no longer in full sun. Some of these plants, with the help of a small arbor, can grow to 3' or more, & several of them could fill a sunny window indoors - maybe a few could fit in the kitchen window, & in the bathroom window too. And 2 or 3 could be repotted together into a hanging pot, pruned back to be more compact. They can hang in the window with the taller ones on the floor, where the sun might shine down on them. If lightly fed & watered weekly all winter, these plants might keep on blooming - especially if offered a small grow light above them. That artificial sunlight is good for our spirits too in the sometimes gloomy winter months, depending on your location. You have solar power now so can invest in fabulous lighting. These plants offer a subtle clean scent, indoors, plus they help to clean the air. They will bloom for a few more months, maybe just not quite as much. I usually stop feeding in fall, but think these plants do better at keeping their foliage a pretty green, if fed weekly throughout the year. Luce is developing so beautifully. Her cooing & yours, making her laugh says it all. ❤
