No, they’re not claiming to be real estate agents at all. It’s marketing! It’s getting people to click and ask questions. That doesn’t mean you get any answers. Again, it’s all marketing. It’s KZbin algorithm which gives them the financial support that they’re looking for. I happen to have met Luca and Luce yesterday while I walked up the hill in their village. What are the odds he and Luce would be in the Piazza. It was nice to meet him. I remember how emotionally sucked in I got, when he got sick. I was praying like crazy for him. Sarah and Luca are incredible caring and sharing people, it's easy to see and feel it especially if you joined them on their North American adventure all the way to the bottom of South America. Congratulations on getting Married, we're married since 1985 (39 years). After the towers fell in NY, I packed our home in Northern New Jersey and moved us out to Arizona the story is, I packed 1 house for 2 kids, 2 cats and 2 crazy adults, who took off on a 2500 mile car trip to find our next chapter. we're here now over 20 years. And if you already signed and gave a down payment if they don't complete everything correctly they have to give you back double the down payment

I will say this, first, if Italian real estate laws allow, please have a thorough inspection, even consult a structural engineer, before finalizing the purchase. The owners will have no vested interest in ensuring their demo job is done correctly and without causing damage you’ll have to pay to correct. About Sara and Luca, real viewers know they are just helping non-Italians navigate finding places in Italy. Nothing more. Maybe a suggestion is that they could note a disclaimer that they are not real estate agents and should always consult agent when purchasing a house in Italy. Hi. I don't really follow L&S but I saw one of their vids wherein they shared that Luca has a health issue (spine or back?) and that it's best for them to consult with a specialist in Germany. Have they gone to the doc in Germany? I think if they haven't, then they plan to travel to Argentina then I can see why their viewers would be concerned.

@@kitty_s23456 Luca's health issue is that he had 3 strokes and he's got complications from that. It seemed that Luca and Sara were planning their trip to Argentina to retrieve "Lucky", their van that they had lived/travelled in for several years. What people were concerned about was not only Luca's health, but also that Sara is pregnant and they've got a 2 year old daughter with them as well. I scrolled down and read at least 50 comments under that particular video with people pleading with them not to take the trip. Nothing that I read was in any way negative - people really love Sara and Luca - but it was after that video that they said that they'd had negative comments, so maybe the comments were removed already and I just didn't see them.

It's actually pretty weird for you to come over here and try to deny everyone in this situations lived reality just because you didn't see it in the comment section yourself. Sounds like something someone would do who would pop off and put negative comments on a stranger's channel honestly.

First of all I wish you my best wishes for your marriage and I wish you the best because you are wonderful and honest people. As an Italian and Sicilian, perhaps I have understood many things about the purchase you want to make of the house in Sicily, but please rely on serious and competent companies for the future renovation and not on a family friend, this is an example of course. You have to legalize every little thing, every single penny you spend must be traceable, otherwise you are considered tax evaders. That said, good luck with everything ,💖

If there hadn't been so many comments under the last video already, I would've commented that I think you should absolutely buy the house. The fact that the kitchen wasn't included is pretty normal (on the European mainland at least) and the floor plan issue doesn't seem too crazy to me either. It all sounds like normal house-buying stuff to me. On the plus side, you have the sea view, the community, and everything else you mentioned. So congrats on buying the house! I would invest in some smoke detectors though. ;)
