There are so many things going on when you ride: how fast you need to be, how much space you need, how's the road condition, where you need to go next...It comes naturally after a while but it's nice to expose this. Production quality getting on point! I really love the top down forward facing view and very low side view( forward facing too) the most. The high one sort of like 3rd person in a game( but still see the wheel) and the low one like as if shoulder cam the wheel itself. Most riders film with the camera facing them and I do like it but more for transitional maneuvers like slo mo shots during an epic lean while cornering or a snappy dodge or redirect.

If you're looking for some warmer gloves for the winter, my snowboarding gloves with built in wrist guards keep my hands toasty. Big negative is I can't access my phone with them; too bulky. Some wind breaker mittens to throw over your gloves/wrist guards may work though, where it's easy to take them off if you need to get to your phone. One day we'll get some HUD monocles to replace the phone screen to get us a bit closer to cyberpunk reality. :) Nice video.

I was talking with my 63yo retired city bus driver dad last night about EUCs, which I have just discovered and think are cooler than cool, and he just ripped into non-car culture (motorcycles, bicyclists, etc) weaving around cars, scaring the bejeezus out of vehicle drivers, and generally ticking drivers off with their disrespect toward others (my dad gets stressed out really easily, PTSD, etc, so anything out of the order he thinks things should be gets him going), etc. He said that anything driven should abide by the same traffic rules as cars, and shouldn't have "special rights" just because they're small and can move past cars easily. I couldn't say anything that would dissuade him from his position, so I just let him talk himself out of the topic. But it did bring up a question for me, because I would like to get an EUC, maybe at one point -- I'm all for downsizing and finding ways to save money, and, unlike my poor dad, I don't mind learning to adjust to a changing world -- but I was wondering, are there any kind of traffic laws in place for them? They're different from anything else out there, and being so small, they can go anywhere, so I'm just wondering if there have been any restrictions made on their mobility on the road/off-road. For example, a couple times I saw you riding in the on-coming traffic lane to bypass all the traffic in the lane you were going in. For a bicyclist or motorcycle, that would be a no-no, and technically, they would get ticketed. Ok, thanks!

Man, each generation is different. Your dad won’t be around to see the destruction of the planet from all of these gas powered vehicles. We will have to deal with the erratic weather. Every person that get on an electric vehicle is one less person in a gas powered car. Cars statistically are far more dangerous than any vehicle by far. If you get a euc it’s up to you how risky you want to be, you don’t have to weave you can just ride. I say make the decision for you and your future.

EUCs are the best, for sure. The complaints most people have about all PEVs is that they could get hit by cars or they park on sidewalks. Guess what, stop driving a car for local trips and give up a tiny fraction for parking, and that goes away. It’s dumb to drive a big vehicle for close travel by yourself when you could just take a 50 pound thing for the same purpose. My wife raises her eye at me when I do an errand on the EUC, but I need her to race me some day, because I guarantee it’s faster in our suburban area. If a backpack and my hands do it, I’ll do that trip on an EUC unless the weather is terrible.

Can you imagine that every car that you pass with somebody in it they are a potential new recruit to your movement. Believe you me, people will look at you and start doing math just by nature it’s automatic. No gas, no traffic jams, you’re having fun, no parking issues, and then there’s a myriad of other things that I haven’t mentioned that most car drivers know .meanwhile, I’m sitting in a prison On wheels ,looking at you, passed me by? Hello. I live in the US city of New York quite a bit of time. Please tell me - can I ride a unicycle and not have problems with the police? Just as I understand it - unicycles are illegal here. I would be grateful if you could help me figure it out. I want to buy but I'm afraid of future problems.

I say go for it. I bought one for myself a day ago. NYC has not made PEV’s legal yet. Only recently have they made e-bikes legal, but only if they have pedal assist. Technically, you are still pedaling which abides by the antiquated laws of bike riding for NYC. The cops will not bother you if you have a PEV, for the most part. I’ve had my e-bike before it was legal in NYC, and I was never bothered. I’ve seen ppl ride one-wheels and EUC’s all the time, they never get bothered. And if you really think about it, EUC’s are not legal in most of the US and even in popular parts of Europe. But people still get them. You just have to ride responsibly in bike lanes and respect traffic rules, and you’ll be fine. I personally can’t wait to master my Inmotion V8S. 🤟🏾

I’m all about the bright colors but I don’t support the lights at all, they are distracting to drivers and riders. Bright colors and reflective materials are a better option in my opinion.

Yea, this video is color graded to be darker, my jacket my hat and my pads are all reflective and I have lights everywhere when I need them, ones that are not bothersome. A green jacket never stopped anyone from getting hit or getting hurt, it’s about decisions on the road.
