Thailand don't have many active cases, and only 92 deaths so far compared to other countries, this is pretty awesome. They've taken serious measures at the beginning of covid, lockdown, no foreigners entering the country etc

I have kept my relationship with mr. Wien's since 2017 when my signal happens to catch his tube show.. And the rest is history.. His show has always been my favorite free time filler.. My distraction from my work.. My break.. And my late night sleep.. Mark is our family abroad...we cud say that.. Never a day wer without him he's a household name.

Mark the fried tofu need to be dipped into the bowl of salty soup (the one with lots of chive) before consume. The purpose of dipping the soup quickly cools down the hot fried tofu and enhance further the crispiness of the skin while adding some flavor of the tofu. This is the traditional teochew dish.
