Oh boy, I am glad to see they re-stocked. When I was in that particular store in the beginning of January that little corner where you checked out the consoles had less than 1/3 of what you found, Jim.

The last couple of times I saw it at Hard Off or Book Off, loose carts were about 3k and boxed was a little over 10k, no idea what they're smoking at Surugaya

Those boxed Mega Drive games are still a lot lower priced then their Sega Genesis equivalents are on eBay, here in the USA. Great video as always!

Retro game prices have really put me off collecting older games. A lot of these same games have modern ports for a fraction of the cost.

Was in Japan just under a month ago. Hit up all the usual spots. Super Potato expensive as always, sadly Book Offs have become a bit too ridiculous with their prices, but Shinjuku Surugaya was a nice surprise. Was my first time going there and they had the most stock at the most fair prices by far.

I just heard about the RAIDEN model kits yesterday, I kinda want one! I think 4 MIKADO remix is my all time favorite although I'm eagerly awaiting the release of RAIDEN 3 x MIKADO MANIAX , I heard the release outside Japan was this summer! looking at the racks of games in there is definitely making me wanna pick up another SFC or PS2 game, we'll see what I can come up with!

Um, PS2 prices are pretty uniform, but maybe grab one at a Hard Off, usually at least a little cheaper

There are Japanese game collectors, some of them have insane collections, but game hunting and collecting KZbin videos aren't as common in Japanese as they are in English, kind of hard to gage how popular collecting is in Japan right now

@@MadPanicGaming It's pretty in theory, but it's all over the place, plus it weirdly needs a stand for both horizontal and vertical use. That's just bad design.
