I placed it outside of the case since it is sold separately. But usually it comes iwth D31/D41 MESH Screen cases. ;) It has pegs that fit perfectly for those cases.

Actually, not really. I used the template from AIDA64 Forum that someone else created and edited to fit my screen. Sorry. Otherwise, if I knew, I would definitely do it.

Yes, but the edges on the screen are black. The backside is white
