JP 2 has always had a special place in my heart. I love how they started featuring more types of dinosaurs in it. Second favorite is genuinely Jurassic World 2, for the same reason. Love all that variety!

Like it! Lost World is great. The right tone and vibe and it seemed to be aimed at kids who’d seen the first one and grown up a little. And yeah JW2 was a pleasant surprise. Kinda trashy but mixing it up.

JP3 was actually the first JP I ever watched. And it’s got a special place in my heart. Not my favorite (the first ofc gets that honor) but my second favorite. The spinosaurus was just a lovely design! And it was fun to see a dinosaur other than T. rex in that antagonistic role.

Just found this channel and video, and these are excellent. I love the thought processes and logic employed into the painting of the miniatures too, I do very much the same with my completely fictional lizard people I’ve started collecting. I shall have to watch more, especially jungle bases! And I need to find myself a source of plastic feathers, a lot of plastic feathers… The new odd-couple tag team is brilliant too.

Now don't mind me I'm potato at sculpting but one thing I found out is that a 50-50 mix of milliput and green stuff makes a well workable and sandable compound that has just a tiny bit of spring so doesn't crack or break like pure milliput and still has interesting properties with water unlike green stuff

Way to go salvaging a crappy scam and turning it into something cool! In terms of Jurassic Park, I used to rate Lost World over III, however after rewatching the original trilogy with my girlfriend (her seeing them for the first time) I actually appreciated III more than I thought I would. None of them even come close to JP, but they each have strengths and weaknesses I reckon.

If you've ever played Saga Age of Magic. you can build all kinds of cool beasts for your lizard army.

JP 3 is still the 2nd best film in the series. It's basically an Indiana Jones flick w/Grant working as Indy while trying to get over and come to terms with the trauma he's faced. It also has a plot with an emotional throughline that doesn't feel like a ham handed cash grab, or characters that don't make any sense (looking at you Jurassic Worlds. Just make the horror movie you tired to make with the Mosasaur or the indoraptor at the end if that's what you want.).

I would recommend testors red glue for plastics as super glue is weaker especially with an accelerant. Brilliant paint jobs.
