Hands Of Fate I think they only spend enough money to get noticed and, for animations so, they either need to get noticed by crunchy roll or other popular studio for free or cheap adaptations or a lot more money for a studio

The Ravi fighting scene i believe is her fighting ludwig but clipped it to look as if she's fighting sez. But it could also be from another side story.
