She's quite difficult to judge at the moment and needs more testing. I think her niche would be against "Protect The Tower" type of teams where there's a single DPS unit supported by the rest of the team. Could trivialize those matchups, potentially.

Got her artifact twice in the first 10-pull and her in the second. I think the RNG gods finally let me off easy after pity-ing the last 3 limited units or so (I know she is not limited herself, but didn’t have enough to pity)

I got her for cheap, like 3 multis and she actually looks ok, not broken op and not bad. Rlly rlly useful for some specific scenarios too

I think she should build very high er and be a bit slower. The thing is that that she is meant to debuff units that build no resist so they are is no need for good effectiveness. She can't speed contest with her base speed. For me its the option that will become her best later on. I just can't imagine if landy cares if Brigitta have 10 or 200 eff. Only 15% can happen.

Yeah, I'm going to continue testing builds on her. We'll see what works best! I do agree that she's meant to soulburn her S3 and that no EFF is needed.

100% agree with you, been trying her with an ER build and shes resisting all those high speed openers when they dont soul

80 roll get both hero and 2 artifacts. I'm turn two player the fastest unit i have only 270 speed. So she not fit my play style but het artifact is awesome. Tank team always bring healer.

I think you're going about it the wrong way, she isn't the one getting the investment her artefact is and its definitely worth of such investment, the ideal goal would pull one while summoning for her getting the first copy with powder and investing bottles to finish it up that artifact is future proof just like book, imagine if we get a soul weaver that starts the match doing a non atk skill the possibilities are endless

The artifact will be pretty good in the long term. It's why I snagged a copy from the Powder Shop. She's not limited, so the artifact has a chance of appearing in the future too.

Yeah those side stories are free and refresh every 20days or so

Yeah, for the side stories that go with the story summons. I was referring to whether Birgitta's side story is available to everyone, like what side stories used to be, or if it's only available to players who can view Episode 5. I probably wasn't very clear, haha.

I feel like what you said is true, that S3 is a long cooldown to make her better is to lower that by 1 or 2 turns. Overall she's not bad if only s2 gave attack buff as well.

Her turn cycling is a little bit clunky, yeah. I hope I can find a use for her in RTA.

No. Celine s2 is passive that cleanse first and then Blink. Meaning block and bind got cleansed. Note that block debuff cannot prevent the cleanse from the bearer..
