Obviously, very hyped for this character but I think a bit after her release, they are going to need to find some way to address Lua. We all know how fast Lua can be and since her S3 gives an additional Speed buff to herself, she is going to be lapping incredibly fast, especially against turn two players. Pair her with a ML Roana who gets lucky Etica Scepter proc's, or just give her book to guarantee Lua's S3 cooldown increase; they are going to make a very degenerate cooldown loop that can't be taken out easily because Lua has access to Guiding Light. Two turn cooldown at the start of the game is already such a debilitating and maybe unwinnable game state as is that I can't see it lasting for very long since it'd be so easily abusable. In addition, you could just put ML Roana on Lifesteal and her S3 will just heal at least 30-40% since she hits everybody with it. Sounds just so gross in theory.

seems like the extra damage artifacts like fairytale for a nightmare or scroll of shadows would work quite well on her with counter set, or just proof for extra bulk

As always, I appreciate your content. I'm looking forward to her. I think she will play in an interesting manner. Could be used for like a control and another playstyle hybrid. For example, she could possibly be a cleave or agro control unit depending on her multipliers. I'm also curious how extra turn mechanics would work. Would she get 200% cr? Time will tell unless i missed something

Ive been using her with A.Montmorancy in the frontline with magaharas and its pretty nutty how many turns she gets. Also, using her with benimaru in the frontline on attack when countering CLilias is cool because they both get pushed after Clilias extra turn. This is my favorite kind of character, one that can be used to counter-draft other players teams in clever ways.

I was thinking of running her with someone like LRK Frontline because he's a tanky character with speed that will punish you for hitting him so they may think twice about attacking him, but also running her on counter so they can get punished for hitting her as well. The massive aoe damage that would ensure when LRK's turn comes around would be hilarious.

I feel she is going to be op. I can foresee these zio teams matched with her to essentially be a super fast lua. Anyone who doesnt use politis or outspeeds that zio is going to be in a hell of alot of trouble. I think her having that "death bond" with the front unit is really cool. Like if the front unit dies, she's almost like she is removed from the game anyway. She's going to be interesting, I like! I think her damage is going to be bad though, especially because she needs to ramp up turns, she definitely wont be strong on that turn 1. If the damage is high, she will be op

I fear her ultimate will never reach it's full potential because she'll be removed from the board before that. I feel like it's up in the air how she'll perform, buuut it's always a good idea to stack up on unique characters. I'm not sure whether I'll pull for her or not. I'd really like to get Archdemon, but Roana's visuals and VA performance are really inviting.

She is very interesting and I'm not sure what to make of her. I like that her kit, while potentially powerful, has a defined weakness in that if you manage to take out the foremost character, you essentially take her out too. I also love that they didn't give her an ER ignoring buff strip soulburn for her S3 which leaves immunity as a viable counter option.

LRK is a known quantity, and a good one at that. I think LRK is the safe bet. Only pass on him for Roana if you love her aesthetic/design. If Roana ends up being broken, don't feel like you missed out. That just meant there was 2 broken characters and you only had 1 pity. Such is the nature of gacha :(

Not necessarily Attack set. I will probably try 6 Health or 4 Health/2 Defense if I'm being honest. Once we see multipliers, you might see she has a ton of freedom. Almost anything right now seems viable outside of Speed, Crit, and Destruction.

health set really sucks when you can get the same bonus on secondary stat rolls (and she doesn't scale with health neither defense) while counter, injury and lifesteal can also be used. if her S1 procs 2 injurys it might be good but that would depend on her damage multipliers or simply running counter for a degen build, the classic

I really dig the character’s style (and kit, to be honest)… but is it weird that one of the major reasons I want this unit is ‘cause Bennett is my homeboy? 😂 Also, I kind of hope the damage multipliers are sort of dumpster tier? Especially on lament, which I feel like would be hopelessly busted if you could reliably axe a squishy, given how much pure attack you could stack on this character theoretically. Also, she might be getting two attacks per turn with someone like C.Lilias at the front? I might be wrong (not very experienced with the game), but I think moderate output from this character would be best from a gameplay standpoint.

tbh injury may not be the best, seeming she can't crit. It'll meaan her damage will be less than those who can, and injury relies on the damage dealt to apply that hp void
