I went to the theatre for the first time in years! It was so great to go to the famous London Palladium Theatre. One to add to your list if you want to see a show in London! Them come with me on a mini tour of Covent Garden.

Hi lovely Hannah - great vlog, London was really buzzing - great to see everyone really enjoying themselves. The poor old London Palladium seems to have come down somewhat in the world ! The first time I went was in 1948, and the marvellously talented Danny Kaye was top of the bill. Visited many times over the years, mainly taking children to the pantomime, time marches on but London still keeps her magic x

I loved the scenery in this video. Amazing! Your old telephone footage is fine, no problems with it at all. The Royal Opera is a great theatre, well worth visiting even if you are not keen on opera. Try something like The Magic Flute or Tosca. Both of those are beginner friendly! Thank you for the video! Have a fabulous weekend!

We wear in London last Wednesday. We haven’t been since before Covid. Looks like Oxford street has lost a lot of shops. We walked from Euston station to Harrods. My legs still hurt. 😱Thanks Hannah for showing us around. Have a lovely week. 👍❤️

A few years ago I went on a backstage tour of the Palladium. They put them on in between show runs. Well worth doing if / when they start up again. We got to see the dressing room areas and went up into one of the boxes to see the view from there. Really interesting.

Its very welcome to see out and about in London,how life is,out on the streets. I've been to the London Palladium once,with my late Mum to see Chitty Chitty Bang Bang starring Michael Ball,but I may have been there when I was 5 or 6 as I remember seeing the pantomime Aladdin starring Cliff Richard and Arthur Askey. I'd always assumed I saw it at my local theatre but lately I learned it was on in London. If so I don't recall the journey there or back. I went with the Brownies. My sister and I just had a weekend in London with nice weather. We saw the Bob Marley show at the Lyric Theatre also visited Christmas World at Harrods and did a few other things.

Lovely vlog 🤗. I go on solo dates to😊... When at work somewhere in the world, eg in St Petersburg, Russia, being alone there doesn't stop me from going to the ballet, opera etc. Even the cinema I like on my own. If I didn't, I would have missed out on so many experiences while traveling with work or backpacking alone.

Thanks Hanna - really fun Vlog! On a personal note - nothing speaks to me of London more than the Palladium on Argyle street. I absolutely love that west end area and have a deep fondness of an international entertainer, who passed away last year, that basically made the Palladium his second home - Des O’Connor. When I was in London last, 4 years ago, the Palladium was dark but I stood outside of it in the drizzle for about 20 minutes - just looking at it! Right - I may well not be all that stable?

I believe there’s a terrace bar / restaurant on the top floor of the Royal Opera House which has great views over Covent Garden. Reckon that will be well worth a visit.

I honestly first started watching your channel a few weeks ago because I was about to visit London from Tennessee USA and I wanted to watch some locals do some local Londoner things. I watched your food shopping video at Harrods and was like, "I really want to try the Scotch egg from Harrods because it looked so good in Hannah's video." I did and it was delicious! 😆 then she had a video where she explained the concept of the meal deal at the British supermarket, where you get a drink, a sandwich, and a bag of potato chips (potato crisps) for 3 pounds and I was like I need try a meal deal like Hannah told me and I did! It was delicious 😋 because there was this red onion and cheese sandwich that was so so good and a flavor i never tried in the US. And for the "crisps" I tried the "prawn cocktail" flavor which literally tasted like shrimp dipped in sweet and tangy cocktail sauce. I actually fell in love with the meal deal concept and would grab one or two a day for my week-long stay. Thanks Hannah for the meal deal tutorial 😆

What I love about Hannah's vlogs are you get to see the lovely Hannah with a balance of London sites ! Never been inside the Palladium but as a Beatles fan that theater is pretty much the start of the frenzy of Beatlemania and the famous speech by John Lennon so I really need to go to a show there hopefully in May 2022, my next trip ! Can’t wait until Season 3 of “After Life” I Love London because there are so many cool areas to visit. Covent Garden was one of my favorites. I just about dropped my beer when I saw the “Crown & Anchor” Pub. I was over served and quite happy there! You showed the drink menu at the Palladium and I was surprised to see one of my Chicago favorites on the menu. It was the “Goose Island IPA” InBev AB owns them now. Take Care!

I studied in London for 1 semester, and lived near Covent Garden, and LOVE your videos. It makes me "home sick" for London. So, i hope to move back there oneday. As for CG, i loved walking around there whenever i was free( although i shopped tooo much too cause so many good stores in that area!). Let us know how much you like the 13! I have the 6!( super ancient, but have been holding off for the 13 lol) Also, if you can tell how you like the 13's camera? I heard the lens flare on the 12 and 13 worst than prior iPhones. But, i guess it's not a major issue and i just can't wait any longer so the 13 is for me later

I went to see the Nutcracker in 2013 on my own my husband didnt want to watch it, sometimes its nice to do a solo event.
