My skull was my reward for winning the marathon world championships in 2010, my triangle on my hand reminds me to keep moving forward and make progress, and my turtle/Pura Vida tattoo on my leg is a reminder of my amazing time in Costa Rica. New tattoos - mountains on my arm & VV on my wrist because I didn't know what I wanted until 5 mins before I got them!

Ben, I can't find any way to convey this message to you privately so unfortunately here will have to do and I might copy it onto a few videos because I really hope you get it. This is not a criticism and so please do not take it as such, it's an observation from someone that's only wish is to help. You've seemed a little distracted recently in your vlogs and they haven't been as regular as usual and it led me to wonder if there wasn't something wrong? I just wanted to say that in life, you have to look out for number one (you). Don't let anything get to you, if there's too much going on please take a rest. True fans will wait until you're ready, ignore those that complain, they will never be satisfied. There is so much to life and you know how to live it, the hard work and the sacrifices you've made, you deserve time to yourself if that's what you would like. Don't ever let vlogging become a hindrance. We're lucky to have you but I know that I personally would be happy to go years without a Ben Brown video as long as i knew you were happy. It must be so difficult living in S.A. and your personal time must be limited as well with all the work you're taking on recently. The short of it is, I hope you're okay, it's all that matters to me Ben. I'm sorry this message is a little incoherent but I'm just in a rush to finish some stuff off and you came into mind and I thought I might as well express how I felt. I'm really trying to make them work and unfortunately the vlogs have gone downhill, I'm sure you can see when I'm chirpy how much better are :) BUT it's made me realise how much the vlogs really mean to me, regardless of the 'bigger' projects I have on. Med Student here. If those are aspirins, which I assume (they look different in Germany), then it's okay to take up to three in a day. They do tend to damage the kidneys in large numbers and especially over prolongued usage. Keep in mind that your blood will be coagulating much slower for 7 days after one aspirin already. So take care of your body. Also, your stomach might be influenced depending on how many you take. Consider taking a proton pump inhobitor (PPI) to prevent that. I cannot identify the other ones from seeing the video, sorry.

You did the right thing with the birds. Their parents will never abandon them until they can fly, so if you left the nest close to where you found it, the parents will keep on brining food. Only problem is animal will now be able to get to them easier. Perks of being a teacher and going on outings with the kids, you learn interesting facts.
